Request a snapshot of any combination of data. Exports run in the background and are PHI-encrypted at rest — you'll get an email when ready.
1 · What to export
Pick one or more datasets. Each is exported as a separate file in the bundle.
2 · Period
Time-bound datasets (visits, claims, variances) honor this filter. Static datasets (participants, auths) ignore it.
3 · Format
Pick the bundle format. Excel preserves formulas; CSV is most portable; JSON is best for re-import or analytics.
4 · Privacy & delivery
All exports are encrypted at rest and travel over TLS. Links expire after 7 days.
This export will be logged.
Every export of PHI is recorded in the HIPAA audit log with user, dataset, scope, and timestamp. Cannot be deleted by anyone, including admins.
